We braved the wide open roads in our family RV for what may be our last cross country roadtrip with the boys. After a weeklong adventure from Dallas to Los Angeles and back, we created some new memories, enjoyed some fun adventures and best of all, didn't kill each other along the way!
We left a little earlier than planned in order to avoid a 4-day freeze that hit the Dallas area the week before Christmas. Our first stop was a cheesy road stop photo op. Ethan and Dylan were not impressed and refused to pose with the giant knife in the background. They used to eat this stuff up...Oh well to teen angst.
Joshua Tree National Park was one of our last stops and certainly didn't disappoint with its varied terrain and gorgeous scenery!
